      Avantages

      For Big Law, the DC office is a pretty chill place to be and pays the same as Big Law in NYC.

      Inconvénients

      Still pressure to work very long hours. Be careful about getting on deals with NYC partners--they will expect late, crazy hours. Not as much of an issue with DC partners.

      Avantages

      Support staff has been fantastic for career development. Wonderful people to work with and I feel that it has been challenging in a motivational way to keep me developing my skillset.

      Inconvénients

      I do think that I'm being slightly underpaid but the benefits of working here outweigh that.
