      Easy hiring process. Fair pay. they really provide assistance to those in need. great place to work why trying to get back on your feet.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication for upper management. supervisors needs to learn how to properly communicate with employees. most supervisors speak down to employees as if they are little children.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
