      Learning opportunity for those that are in need of job advancement as in career building for their future or as a stepping stone, goodwill has gave me the opportunity to build my future as well as helping figure out what I truly want as an occupation

      Inconvénients

      Needs more pay raise for those of hardworking as well as bonuses, our goodwill employees have worked so hard to earn this and should get this in the near future

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
