      Avantages

      Not much, work culture for goodwill is very much “we are a family not coworkers” type stuff but that really only sticks with the older generation

      Inconvénients

      Strict policies in which you cant buy stuff when you work, phone policy, referral system, unlivable wages, hella boring

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
