      Friendly people, fast paced, interesting

      Inconvénients

      Corporate politics get in the way of stores being successful, and they put employees against each other, no room for growth…they stay understaffed to keep costs down and will silently punish you if you have obligations that keep you from filling in the gaps.

      Low pay compared to competitors within job market, outreach events after hours and on weekends, framework for growth not clearly established

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
