      Avantages

      Team based environment with great leadership. Higher level management really cares about employees skills based learning and well being. Family friendly employer is a bonus too.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the companies nonprofit status, funding is limited and fincial constraints tend to make forward progress move slowly.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
