      Avantages

      Cool finds all the time, fun/interesting customers and coworkers. Super fast paced and you will never have a dull moment!

      Inconvénients

      The store is constantly a mess. Cleaning up discusting messes (feces, urine,vomit) just to name a couple! Theft is a huge issue that can be frustrating at times. Merchandise has to be on the sales floor for at least a week before you're allowed to purchase it.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
