      Avantages

      Some staff are extremely friendly and caring. There are opportunities for career development and advancement. It can be a rewarding job for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

      Inconvénients

      The Human Resource department is slow to respond to requests. They have not made any attempt to research better health care options for employees, because they are on their spouses health care plans.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
