      staff discount, lunch breaks, some coworkers are cool

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional Management, Greed, abusive to staff, rude customers, harassment by the main office if you go to HR or get on their radar, incentives only for management means pressure to out proform for their benifit

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
