Avantages
goodwill is i think will be a good job it can be extra and a start for training people on the job or a start until you get another or better job but i dont see nothing wrong with goodwill you had more than you started with or already had its a foot in the door so you cant complain and then act humble at first and then think your to good for goodwill after a year.
Inconvénients
goodwill you probaly want make the money like you want to make you will probaly have to get a second job or be the manager there.
