Avantages
Benefits are very good for employees, and adequate for family members. The culture of the company is very focused on the mission, and the leadership is looking for ways to expand our services to parts of town which need it.
Inconvénients
Depending on the social services department, there may be limited room for promotions. There is plenty of room for personal growth and you can sometimes make your own position, but it take a lot of personal initiative.
