      Avantages

      Making a positive impact in someones life. Meeting some really great people. Helping people gain meaningful work to improve their quality of life.

      Inconvénients

      Little or no training to learn what the organization is about. Very demanding sales/placement goals some of which is not attainable.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
