Goodwill loves to talk about giving back, but the employees suffer - Avis employé Processor Goodwill

Poor management team who do not listen to the voices of the employees. No encouragement or positive roles to lead by example. Micro managing. Says one thing but the bosses/team leads will do another Poor work environment with extreme heat and cold, even inside the processing area. Overpriced items, even if they aren't in 100% condition. Wants to sell trash for money. No merit raise.
