      Avantages

      Flexible hours, make a lot of friends, meet cool people and so on. Pretty flexible scheduling.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management, management doesn't even know what's going on more than half the time. Management doesn't keep In touch about the company to its employees. Depending on where you are, ghetto customers. Oh and you get in trouble for things that aren't even your fault. And they constantly cut hours and lie to you about it. :)

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
