      Avantages

      The company mission as how it helps people. The company culture is encouraging. The sale of items helps people get jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Somewhat overloaded with management at different levels. Managment sometimes overlaps eachother and right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
