Avantages
Fulfilling employment in the Human Services, opens doors to better non-profits. Hourly staff within HS are very friendly and hard working.
Inconvénients
Does not compensate fairly, regardless of performance or experience Very shady communication. Empty promises. Employer states constantly in "pay/promotion freeze" for all hourly employees when annual review/raise time comes; however, promotes around 10 managers into newly created "director" positions with significant raises. Despite no increased compensation for hourly employees, managers continue to recieve merit raises/promotions for poor performance.
