      Flexible schedule and and very good pto. 6 weeks of vacation after 5 years

      Inconvénients

      Payroll is challenging. Very labor intensive and no job growth after store manager status. There are no district manager positions

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
