      Benefits for employee, medical, insurance

      Inconvénients

      1. No rest for operator. Work like robot. Even during off day need to come. 2. Epf Jan 2025 just paid on May 🤮 3. All employee 99.99% from Pharmaniaga. Unwanted employee from Pharmaniaga come here to make this their new home. Look at Pharmaniaga now, become better without these people here. 4. All benefits is outside show only, when come to claim, HR is very rigid. Claim takes 3 months🤦‍♂️. 5. All of the higher Management dont know how to work, only know how to give order. 6. Salary not balance between workers, if you are their family, or friends, sure you will have a great time. 7. Btw, the company is women empowerment, malay first company. Go figure.

      Avantages

      - Fair work-life balance. - It's a local manufacturing company, which is very few in Malaysia.

      Inconvénients

      - Nepotism-based hiring of talents, not based on competencies. - Poor management directive, often made questionable business and financial decision. - The management sets unreasonable expectation of deliverables without understand the underlying processes and procedures. - The HR did not honor the benefits as agreed in your Letter of Offer, they changed them as they please without your consent and knowledge. - The Company sometimes did not contribute to your EPF & PCB on time, - Financially problematic company. - Toxic work culture.
