      Very much a clique environment, management has “favorites” and it shows, “support staff” are not treated equally

      Avantages

      Staff are very patient and understanding. Everyone helps each other. It's a welcoming environment with friendly faces. Training is available. Chef is on location to cook samples.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets buried in meetings. Salary could be better.
