      Corporate level management often assigns jobs that would normally take at least 3 people to one person, and then get mad if the employee would tell them that they're struggling with the work load.

      Inconvénients

      They have you use your personal vehicle and do not give mileage or maintenance stipends. The inconsistent expectations from one team member to the other and one office to the next.
