      Avantages

      Talented group of employees that will go above and beyond with no recognition sadly.

      Inconvénients

      This place has been going downhill for years. Constant need to eliminate positions while not backfilling and just putting extra work on the current employees. No training, guidance or room for growth. The leadership team doesn't know if they're coming or going. Pay is low and parking really adds up.

      Avantages

      Had a really great team. Got to do several team building outings and holiday events. Plus the team genuinely cared about each other and would help each other when things got busy. Really well organized.

      Inconvénients

      The salary was mediocre. I think our department head could have worked harder for us to get better salaries/benefits/promotions. She wasn't great.
