      Good mentorship, good training, friendships can be created, hours are guaranteed.

      Inconvénients

      There’s cliques. Pay rate is not good enough for what they ask you to do.

      Avantages

      GoldStar is a wonderful atmosphere surrounded with great hearted people that make a difference everyday.

      Inconvénients

      The only con that I have ran into is the lack of awareness this company receives for the work that they put toward making this world a better place.

      The clients, that is literally it

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, awful communication, consistent over-working, and some higher staff clearly have their own mental health issues that are not being tended to. This workplace will crash and burn in a matter of years and I grieve for the clients who rely on these programs
