      Avantages

      Very fortunate to be a part of a strong, hard working team that work very well together. Vibe on the team is hungry and fast paced. IAM Managers and Director are awesome and promote a healthy sense of visibility, transparency and work ethic to achieve success. I've been with the company less than a year and am not just drinking the LMI punch. Great company, with an awesome office and empowering ability to work with clients. Lucky to be an LMI employee.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
