      Avantages

      The biggest pro I can share is that LogMeIn at it's core wants to do better - it's ingrained in the culture here. There are problems here like most companies of this size, but almost every leader and manager I've met here recognizes them, wants to do better and will take steps to do so.

      Inconvénients

      We suffer here from a lack of strong middle leadership - I see it all over the company. This can create opportunities for those looking to grow into a new position which is a pro, but I've watched it slow initiatives at times which can be frustrating for direct reports.

It is important that our leaders recognize this and work with their teams to change for the best. Many companies realize that middle management is a key factor in growing and retaining employees. In 2017, you will see more importance placed on management training as we build out our Learning and Development department.
