Smart Friendly Co-Workers, modern well stocked kitchen, ample opportunity for free product samples / incentives. Aura of coolness and destiny.

Inconvénients

Contractors treated like interns and janitors, call count quotas, low pay, minimal benefits, no chance of joining the company for real until you've paid your dues with at least a year of servitude. Age discrimination, gender discrimination. Typical dot-com blindness to true diversity. HR enforces strict "corporate culture" filters. Welcome back to high school.

Avantages

-Great Brand, awesome products and passionate people. -They do encourage living the “GoPro Lifestyle” - be passionate about something and share that passion.

Inconvénients

-The Nick Factor: Working for a visionary founder can be amazing and inspirational. It can also be devastating to an incredible company when that founder owns 51% of the voting shares and is not accountable to anyone for a failure to execute. He should remain as a visionary Chief of Product / Marketing - but he needs a real CEO and COO to fix the systemic churn and failure to execute that sits squarely at his feet.
