      Avantages

      Good benefits. Good people. Flexible working.

      Inconvénients

      After a very long time at GoDaddy I found it time to move on, I was there for almost 8 years and I really wanted to stay, to progress, to help the company move forward but the progression opportunities and salary were truly dreadful. Senior managers and directors are so far away from what happens on the ground. It’s ridiculous. I gave my all for this company for a long, long time. I genuinely regret staying for so long, I didn’t even get a ‘thank you for your hard work’ when I left, nothing, zilch, nada.

      Avantages

      I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

      Inconvénients

      This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.

      Stable job you know what you are getting.

      Inconvénients

      Call center 101. Every change that can be made to push agents and squeeze every moment of productivity is being made. This is a churn center and at best a 1st job. If you want to be treated like an adult. RUUUN
