This company values expansion over its employees quality of life and working conditions point blank. They operate and push expansion in locations that they simply will not pay their staff a livable wage to live in. You are expected to supplement their unlivable wage with a revenue bonus and commission received monthly but are not given the staff, the support from higher ups, or the inventory to meet these goals. All the while, there is incentive for management to expand and spread resources thin which effects your ability to supplement that pay. Do not expect for your direct management to push for better pay for you, as the bettertheimprofit margins look, the better their monthly bonuses are (and this company is already making significantly less money than it has in previous years). They will, however, gaslight you into believing you should do even more to earn your already horrendous pay. Like someone previously said- "there's always better pay around the corner" Always a promotion available soon. always a more profitable season on the horizon. This is to buy time and help with employee turnover. If you're looking for entry-level employment, look elsewhere. If you can get into a management position first thing and you don't mindgiving this company access to you at every waking hour, maybe it'd be worth it to you.
