      Nothing to share. Absolutely nothing!

      Inconvénients

      1. They hire you as a third party contractor and the same is not communicated in selection 2. They pay you very very very less. 3. Too much of micro management 4. No growth 5. No experience letter unless you complete 3.5 years .

      1. Domain (Banking) and geo focus (US) 2. Deep engagement with clients and exposure at all levels to interact with clients 3. Openness to listen to employees

      Inconvénients

      1. Decision making could be perceived as slow 2. Domain focus and geo focus can be seen as a con (too narrow)
