Unfortunately so many things
They pay sign on bonuses for recruiters which is underheard of (mostly) except if you are fit the age old mold of cis white male
They dont value the team that have been there the longest and refuse to give them pay increases even when the work load has increased x5
They ask illegal questions such as why are you taking vacation on such days
There is 0 diversity coming from the 2 VP's any role they have someone in mind that they used to work with will automatically be hired,internal and external candidate's sometimes dont even get a response or acknowledgement of applying
The leadership VPs rarely get to know their team and leave the more challenging things to everyone else
There is no road map on how to progress
They will block you from applying for internal positions
Dont expect your efforts to be recognised in this team but the engineers are well looked after and thats actually great
