Avantages
You feel welcome by everyone, at every moment. Any question to anyone from the new member to the CEO is always answered with an excellent attitude, you can feel how the entire company is there to help you succeed. You choose your hours, and how you work, so all those small things from your life that used to be not so easy due to office hours are now possible. Gitlab has excellent documentation and it evolves every minute, I was amazed how well line up my on boarding was, it just feels refreshing. Everyone can contribute, the company mission and one I can say, the team really puts their heart into it.
Inconvénients
Not a company con by itself but with a full remote, you need to make adjustments to take a walk, have a break and just go out get some sun o so.
