      Most people work from home.

      Inconvénients

      The company is a mismanaged farce. No leadership from management or directors resulting in teams turning into tiny cliques that hate each other. It seems to me the only way the company keeps running is from skimming grants from the government. They'll be deep in a mess when that dries up.
