Avantages
Good office location and product. Few good colleagues ( but they all were victims to office politics and favoritism)
Inconvénients
I wish I had not accepted there offer at the first place. They literally spoil your career, uplift bootlickers and they throw you under the bus, as if you never existed or to hide there flaws. TA Team ( especially Tech TA) is a sham. There is a gang of recruiters ( awarded recently at the summit lol) for doing what? Closing open roles in 6 months is an achievement and the leadership is so blind that metrics aren't checked, but the tenure of a recruiter does. Cynical recruiters are made Leads and if you don't hang/ booze or take frequent smoke breaks with them, you are outcasted. Such leads ( N, SC + DH) they don't help or potentiate careers growth. There is noticeable favoritism, different bars depending on the team or department, frictions if you are not "happy" with their decisions or approach. Total inflexibility or support if you don't fit into their way of working (FRUSTRATING!). D& I, can I laugh about it? To survive you ought to say "Yes Mam" or next month, there colors come out. Fresh ideas are not taken in consideration and hiring is still happening like 1950's and the old recruiters think they are the God of TA. If you are so good, why don't you move from what you are doing and take additional responsibilities? Never in my whole career I've ever had such a bad experience with a company, where people don't uplift you, they hit you where it hurts the most, performance takes a back seat, but how well you integrate with these 2-3 bunch of people matter and these people undermine their reports, or show no interest in employee development, often prioritizing their own job security and career advancement over their team's growth
