      Avantages

      The file clerks had a lot of time to themselves. Lots of freedom was given. Friendly attorneys and legal assistants that bothered you very infrequently for things.

      Inconvénients

      There was very little instruction from management. I was taught the specifics by the current file clerk, and had to teach the next file clerk. It was not a hard concept, though.

      Easy Commute to Sugar Land Free Parking

      Inconvénients

      Every aspect of EVERYTHING you do every day is grossly micromanaged Attorneys are actually required to "clock in" on a Time Clock with the staff No Room for Advancement Owner (George Willy) will not pay for State Bar Dues, CLE, or any license fees Owner not necessarily honest with clients and you have to clean up the mess Complete Sweatshop-count on working in the office Saturdays AND 12 hour days
