      Avantages

      Interesting projects. When I first started working there I loved it because we could choose the amout of hours we could work per week and which days. It was the absolute best part of the job, you literally managed your work time

      Inconvénients

      You get switched around depending on what they need and the experience you have in the "entry level" projects. The better you were at one project they would switch you to others where they would push you more and had way more responsability or metrics were higher or just making you do things you had specified having a limit for, completely disregarding your limits you set when they asked you about them since the first interview

      Great entrepreneurial spirit, unique and challenging studies - your work is beyond the capabilities of 95% of suppliers, variety of clients and projects.

      Inconvénients

      Not a con, just a reality that those comfortable in routine or easy engagements and 9 to 5 type environments will not last.

      Avantages

      Very friendly atmosphere, albeit with a very particular sense of humor.... Good mentoring program, flexible schedule, great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Low employee retention, almost no career growth, your starting position is your ending position.
