      1)Management structure is outstanding. 2)Company policies are acceptable and fair. 3)Management are excellent—very polite, professional, and approachable.

The work environment can feel tense and unwelcoming due to unprofessional behavior from certain members of leadership, creating a toxic atmosphere.
