Avantages
I've worked for Generus as an intern and as a freelance designer for about three years at this point, and it's always been a great experience. During my time, I've worked entirely remotely and my hours have been relatively flexible. They had a lot of respect for my schedule and career goals and gave me plenty of opportunities to expand my skillset. Compensation was also plenty competitive for the work I did. Management is great; I've never had anything but the most positive of experiences with them. I would highly recommend Generus as a place to work.
Inconvénients
Honestly, very little in terms of downsides. I've had a few stretches of really intense work where I had worked a lot more than normal, but these were more extenuating circumstances, and things lightened up a lot more after that. I was compensated very fairly for the work, though, so it really wasn't bad.
