      Avantages

      The most important thing to the CEO and COO is getting to know every member of staff on a personal level. They are generous beyond any other employee I have ever worked for. I have never been happier at work than I am with Generis

      Avantages

      I would rather work at Generis than any big tech. Its not what you would consider a big company but its doing very well and family owned. They value their employees and the work environment is the best. No rush, chilled and supportive workplace.

      A very informal environment if you are ok with it

      It seems to me that, unfortunately, business matters are taken too personally and decisions are made overnight without reasoning.
