Overwork, Low wages they expect you to go way and beyond for the company. They don't appreciate you and they don't respect people having families. Always company needs first. I have NEVER been at job where CEO and Managment talks down to you. As many people mention CEO has anger issues. He is the most disrespectful person to the employees. I have seen him humiliate people in front of their peers. Yes he will cuss you out too. It's sad the CEO doesn't know his employees names who are really not engineers. If he don't know your name it's "Cheif". As someone stated before check the quality of your product, pretty sure it didn't pass all the test. It's about number shipped out the door. It's sad how busy the RMA department, was. Procedures and processes were never really in place. I know a lot of people who are gone now that had tribal knowledge. Management (back then) Snakes wanted employees to spy on other employees truly sad. You read the reviews about how CEO and management treats their employees, but yet HR doesn't do anything about it. Back then HR office was by the front desk. You couldn't see HR without people knowing. HR was friends with the employees. So you couldn't trust HR with anything. Any company I had worked for HR is no where near employees. HR does not mingle with employees. GMS treats employees horrible and think happy day or birthday cake makes up for it. CEO one time threatened about 4 employees were going to get fired, if stupid tree he brought in California (CEO was in Florida) didn't make the fedex truck. One employee had to drive all the way somewhere pass Magic Mountain sit in the car for hours until FedEx came to pick up the tree. Employee had to take pictures of it, to prove it made it. If someone didn't do it, 4 people would lost their job over something that wasn't even part of their job description. CEO uses his employees for his own personal business. CEO had one of his employees underwear shopping for him. You work your butt off for this company and you go way and beyond sacrificing your family and beliefs.
