      Great technical talent. Team oriented approach with my division Collaborative problem solving. Flexible schedules - 5 day/4 day alernate work weeks

      Inconvénients

      Corporate groups are stove-piped and do not work together Tough to build honest internal relationships across organizations Work is nearly all government in my division

      Avantages

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      Inconvénients

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
