      Avantages

      Job security. Benefits of a large corporation. Fairly flexible hours, depending on your manager. Good vacation. Variety of jobs and ability to move around. Education benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Large corporation hassles and red tape. Health plan has gone downhill. Some very poor managers some how stay around too long. Some groups are very cliquish. Sometimes communication is very good but often it can be very poor.

      Avantages

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      Inconvénients

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
