      Avantages

      Great people, hard-working, and a get-it-done attitude. It is never dull, and there is lots of interest in finding ways to accomplish things quickly.

      Inconvénients

      The company is unable to schedule, prioritize, or manage competing interests. Each day is a fire. Everything is a top priority, and many, many things get no attention until they are a pressing issue.

      Avantages

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Inconvénients

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
