Avantages

Pay and benifits are great compared to the majority of aviation mechanic jobs out there. Interesting system and capabilities. Coworkers

Inconvénients

As far as UAV companies go, they pay on the low end, expect more out of you and wonder why you would want to have a weekend off after coming home from a 6 month overseas trip. There is no gaurantee as to the amount of money you will make in a given year, I will bring in almost 40k less than i did last year. Management is horrible, most of the higher ups are all about running everyone else over to make them selves look that much better in the managements eyes, training takes a back seat to trying to make themselves look like golden children. Do NOT expect respect from these people

Avantages

9/80 schedule, subsidized cafeterias, work-life balance, people that care deeply about their work and the product they make

Inconvénients

Did have a 2-day in office hybrid schedule option that was supervisor-dependent. Company president said on a town hall that the schedule would not be changing- the next day his office puts out a policy that all employees are to be back in office by Jun 1 with an option to work from home 1-day a week. When asked about the impact of higher gas prices, the president of the company did not look phased or even aware that rising gas prices are affecting lower-level employees. The company is located in one of the most expensive parts of the nation.
