      Modern office, cafeteria.

      Inconvénients

      Outdated policies and culture that don't fit with the new renovations. Far too many managers & directors. Little to no work/life balance, plan on working 50-70 hours per week minimum.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
