      Avantages

      Absolutely no pros at Generac.

      Inconvénients

      Was told 40 hours a week with working one weekend a month to working 60+. You can tell where the line is versus the people who make the products to those who work in the front office. Don’t ever believe any publication that says it’s a great place to work because Generac must’ve paid them off.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
