      Company is growing; more resources being added & people being hired. You get to work on some really cool stuff. My boss does a good job training me. Great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Very slow to change "That is not the Generac Way" is the reason given to shoot down new ideas. Salary is only average

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
