      Great location just outside of Waukesha

      Inconvénients

      Poor pay, often below competition Upper management doesn't manage the teams below them or take care of employees. Executives have built a culture that only cares about sales and doesn't care about producing a great product or service. Management spend a lot of time talking and not doing work.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
