      Was working with a group that did not function well together Others outside of my group could be impatient and rude when handling new employees HRBP was unpleasant and overwhelmed with their role Everyone wanted to be the busiest

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
