Good culture, learning place, stable, shuttle service all over CA

Inconvénients

It's political! And fragmented as a result of being such a big company. Very process driven now that its Roche, not much room for creativity

Great salary and team! The interview process was smooth and effective.

Inconvénients

To be determined, but so far many alignment meetings. Some folks have frustuations around the re-org and strategy changes.
