Avantages
Great place to work, people are friendly and work together to always do what is best for the customers. Heavy customer focus and emphisis on bettering the blood screening community. Large involvement in the community and employee's are encouraged to help others. Executive Managment in Operations is excellent, Jorgine Ellerbrock is a best in class leader and role model for employees even outside of her own department.
Inconvénients
QA Managment makes people feel disposable. Employees are not empowered to make decisions or to step outside to learn new processes. Systems that the company has established for CAPA's is time consuming, hard to understand, redundant, and high cost.
