Avantages
Geeks is a wonderful place to work! All employees are treated as individuals, not just as staff. Geeks have a firm Circle of Safety in place – a culture which the leaders look out for the long-term greater good of the organization. Being in UAE for the past 10 years and having worked for other 2 companies, what I love most about Geeks is their trust in each employee's abilities. They allow us the freedom to make decisions within defined limits, avoiding micromanagement, which helps us to improve our confidence and decision-making skills. They mold the individuals to grow personally and professionally.
Inconvénients
It's hard to point out cons, but since the company is on the verge of improvement, below are a few suggestions:- Necessary steps to increase marketing value of Geeks by being more active on social media platforms, improving the website, and posting videos on simple IT hacks from repair team (once initiated, but lost in its way), conducting events with our IT partners etc.
